How do I buy a plan or a day pass?

Start by searching our network of gyms. Searching by city, postcode or activity will help you find out what plan might be right for you as each plan has different venues included.
You have the option to choose between the day pass, ten day pass or an unlimited plan (6 month package with unlimited day passes). For corporate users, go to your company's unique Gympass URL (if in doubt, please check with your HR rep or contact support@gympass.com) and register or log in.
Choose the plan that suits your budget and preferences, then add it to your cart and complete your purchase.

How do the day passes and unlimited plans work?

1) Find gyms where you would like to work out 2) Sign up for a Gympass Plan or buy day passes. 3) To use your plan or pass, Check In at the gym. Get more details on the How It Works page.

How do I get my pass?

Your proof of purchase is sent to your email address.
For day passes and unlimited plans, complete a check in whenever you want to go to the gym, following these instructions.
If you purchased a gift card, you will receive a 16-digit code, which you can forward to the person you bought the gift for.
If you do not receive the email, you can view it in your Gympass account; after logging in click My Account

How long does it take until I can use my pass?

The passes are valid from when the payment has been completed. If you pay with a bank card, clearing is almost immediate. For corporate payroll users: Depending on the option chosen by your company, your plan may or may not be activated immediately. Please check the user guide provided by your HR representative or contact support@gympass.com.
If the payment is via bank transfer or invoice, the transaction takes about 1-3 business days.

How long is my pass valid for?

1 day passes must be used within a 30 day period.
10 day passes are valid for 120 days.
Unlimited plans are valid as long as the monthly fee is being paid on time.

How many times can I use my pass?

It depends on the type of pass you bought.
If you bought a 1 day pass, you can use it once.
With the 10 day pass, you can use your pass 10 times within a period of 120 days.
If you've purchased the unlimited plan, you can use it once a day during a six-month period. After six months, your membership will auto-renew. If you're on a corporate plan, you can visit one venue per day as long as your plan is active.

Can I cancel my day pass or monthly plan?

For Corporate Users: Yes, you can cancel your monthly plan with no notice period, fines or cancellation fees. Just remember that if you pay by card your plan is prepaid so when cancelled, your plan will be live (and useable by you) for the remainder of your month. If your company has chosen payroll deduction as a payment option, please check the date by which you have to cancel with your HR representative or consult your user guide. To cancel click 'My Account' and go to the 'Change or Cancel plan' page. At the bottom of the page, click the 'Cancel' button to cancel your plan. For other users: Any product purchased may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase if unused.
After this period, depending on the reason given, we can extend the expiration date of the day pass or refund the amount paid, to your Gympass account, so you can use the value at another gym.
If you have the unlimited plan, and you want to cancel, you won't be charged a fine. If you have any questions, please check the rules applicable to all products.

Who sets the gyms prices?

Prices are negotiated by Gympass directly with the gyms.
Website prices can change over time if the gym partner changes they own prices.

At the gym

My daily token was rejected at the gym - what should I do?

If you have any problems when you visit the gym, contact us immediately.
We will contact the gym to understand what happened and report back to you, to ensure you always have the best experience possible.

Do I need a health assessment?

Gyms may require that you complete a health form on your first visit, stating that you are fit to work out.
For swimming, gyms generally ask for a health certificate stating that you are fit to use the pool.
For any other restrictions, the gym will inform Gympass and we will update the information on the gym's page.

How do I get access to the gym?

Some gyms may require your ID to verify your name. To get into the gym, just complete the self 'Check In' or use your Daily Token. check in..
At the entrance of the gym, the reception will verify that you've performed the Check In correctly (or validate your token) and allow you to enter..

The gym did not know Gympass or did not know how to check me in

We work hard to train the gyms' receptions about Gympass and the check in procedure.
However, if there are any problems, please call us immediately or notify us by email and we will do everything we can to solve this situation.

How do I review my experience at the gym?

Your feedback can help improve the gym and also help other customers when choosing their gyms
After visiting a gym, we will send you an e-mail asking you to review it.
You can also leave your comments and evaluate the gym you went to directly on their page on the Gympass website.
You will receive € 2.50 Gympass credit once your first rating has been approved.

Referring friends

How do I refer a friend?

Go to Tell Your Friends on your Gympass account and share it with your friends
All your friends whom you refer earn 30% discount on their first purchase and you will get a bonus of € 10.00 per referred friend who purchases.

I referred my friend but they did not receive the discount

Ensure that they signed up using the link you provided to them.
If you still have questions, please send us the name and email address of the person you referred, and we will check what happened.

I referred my friend but I have not received my credit

The credit is only added to your account when your friend completes a purchase of more than € 10. Still not working? contact.

Can I refer more than a friend?

Yes, you can, and the more friends you refer, the more credits you will earn!

Can I refer a friend who already has bought at Gympass?

No, we only give referral discounts and credits when the referral is made to a user who has not bought Gympass yet.

Assessing the gym

How do I review my experience at the gym?

When you visit a gym you will always receive an email asking you to evaluate it.
You can also leave your comments and evaluate the gyms you have visited directly on their page on the Gympass website.

What do I gain by rating the gyms?

After your first rating, you will receive € 2.50 in Gympass credit.
Your feedback will also help people like you to choose which gym to go to, and help the gyms improving their service.

What happens with my feedback?

All comments are moderated by Gympass before publication, to ensure that no offensive or inappropriate comments are published.
After moderation, your rating will be published on the gym's page and the gym will be notified directly via email.

Can I change my feedback at a later date?

Yes, if you try to leave a new rating for a gym you have already rated, you will automatically edit your existing feedback for that gym.
When editing the rating it will go through our moderation process again to ensure that no offensive or inappropriate comments being published.

Are all ratings published?

Yes, provided they are not deemed offensive, all comments will be published, either positive or negative.

I want to make a complaint about a gym, how do I do that?

Contact the Gympass staff to report the incident, preferably with details of who serviced you and what happened.
We will get in touch with the gym and solve the problem in the best way possible.

I want to make a complaint about Gympass, how do I do that?

It is our goal to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please send an email to support@gympass.com in order for us to solve the issue.

Managing My Account

Can I redeem the money I put in my account Gympass?

After buying the passes or gift certificate, you have up to 7 days to request your money back. After this period the credit is valid for six months to be used within the Gympass.
In exceptional cases, contact Gympass directly.

Can I see my remaining available passes?

Yes, you can! Just log in on the website and access My Account.
